Details:
This bug occurs in v2.4-svn and is not present in gregoriotex v2.3. It comes
from changes in file gregoriotex.lua.
Some “fancy” headings above the scores processed by gregorio are simply
not printed.
A minimal working example is attached (mwe.tex).
