Follow-up Comment #2, bug #20974 (project gregorio):
This case was really special: the text automatically inserted by fancyhdr
seems to get the same attributes as the text around it, and thus was removed
by the function removing empty lines. The current state is a workaround, but
it should work in most cases... In the cases it doesn't work, facyhdr will
have to be fixed (or there might be a solution with AtEveryPage)...
