Follow-up Comment #5, bug #21502 (project gregorio):
I believe it is possible for the second ambitus to be greater than one.
Tollite Portas (Graduale Triplex, page 25) has a salicus at the beginning of
the last line whose ambitus is a minor third. If I find an example in one of
the post-1983 Solesmes books, I will post that as well.
