Details:
Remap internal functions from \gre* to \GRE@* (where * is a string of
lowercase characters).
Create global depreciation warning using \PackageWarning. Warning message
should indicate what's depreciated and what the appropriate replacement (if
any) is. Eventually we'll need a \PackageError too.
Create user-level functions where supposedly internal functions currently
serve that purpose.
Use \newcommand where ever possible to define user-level functions (helps
identify naming clashes with other packages).
Create dummy \gre* commands which call the appropriate user-level command
while raising the depreciation warning. At some point these warnings should
be converted to errors and at an even later point the functions deleted (need
to figure out a timeline for this).
