Ah, yes, the generation process... I completely forgot about that. To
really do a full renaming process I'm going to have to dive into the
source code and look for the places where Gregorio writes the gtex file
and figure out what function in the new naming scheme is appropriate (or
even whether the function name should change in each instance).
Hmmm... Looking at the commit history it seems that r927 added the
"gre" prefix in the first place. That should a good starting point for
figuring out the places I need to look for that.
This is where version history is so useful.
