This is probably due to GMail's application of the anti-spam protocol DKIM.

When I send mail directly to a GMail account, GMail sees my DKIM headers and they pass the test, but the Mailman mail server (at gna.org or anywhere) changes the headers in ways that break the DKIM signatures. This issue is described at http://wiki.list.org/DEV/DKIM .

There are some workarounds mailing list managers can use (depending on the version of Mailman), but they are not ideal. For now, end users may have to add something to their GMail settings to explicitly treat gregorio list mail as non-spam.
