Okay, I've had a chance to look things over, and here are my reactions:

* style.css: use the Google font Crimson Text instead of the outdated
"calligraphic" font and New Century Schoolbook
While I like the change in the text body (where having the initials and
the text in different fonts could make things a bit harder to read), I
miss the character that the calligraphy fonts gave to the headers and
menu. Perhaps some other font can be chosen specifically for these
elements that would restore some of that character?

* style.css: make h2, h3, and h4 headers slightly larger for
readability of the small sizes * style.css: no need to center h1
headers. Left-justified is more readable
No problems here.

* style.css: change spacing/layout of navigation menu w.r.t. text
area
I don't mind the changes here, except for the blue dividing bars. They
just seem out of place with the overall color scheme. I'd much prefer
something in a brown like what we currently have, but it need not be as
wide nor textured in the same way.

* HTML files: fixed broken links wherever found * HTML files:
numerous prose edits for clarity and style
Good changes all around here.

* legalissues.html: revised the summary of US copyright law to
correct some unclear details
I especially appreciate the link to the outside source here.

* gregorio-menu.js (new) a simple Javascript routine to write the
navigation menu. This lets us define the menu in one file instead of
in 20 HTML files
I think this is how things were done on the old site too. It was lost
because of a lack of html and java coding skills when the new site was
created. I'm glad it could be recreated.
