Schematic of changes:
\ifgre@vowelcentering becomes a count (\gre@lyriccentering).
Use \ifcase\gre@lyriccentering in \GreSetThisSyllable. Case 0 and 1
correspond to the current options.
Case 2 is as follows:
\gdef\gre@firstsyllablepart{}%
\StrLeft{#1#2#3}{1}[\gre@middlesyllablepart]%
\StrGobble{#1#2#3}{1}[\gre@endsyllablepart]%
This should put the first letter into the alignment portion of the
syllable (the middle), and everything else into the post alignment
portion (the end).
Modify \gresetlyriccentering to set the new count and add a
`firstletter` option.
