It seems like this has happened every time at least for upgrading these
betas of 4.0.  I install the new version and all the tex files get
upgraded, but somehow the EXE file doesn't.  The automatic compile then
compiles with the old version, but names the files as though it was
compiled with the new version.  Then when I fix the problem by
uninstalling, deleting the gregorio.exe in the texlive\2014\bin\win32 which
has stuck around, and then re-installing the new version, it thinks it has
already compiled the gabc files with the new version and so I have to
manually delete the gtex files.  Anyway, if you could figure out a way to
make the upgrade path work as it should, it would be nice.  Hopefully it
isn't too difficult.
