I think we are arriving at the threshold of the end of 4.0. A number of
bugs have been fixed since beta2, so maybe we should cut beta3 or rc1,
but I think it's time to branch 4.0 from develop so that we can continue
development on things like
https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/issues/631
and
https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/issues/632
in develop.
What does everyone think?
