It should be relatively easy, at least in a first step, the idea is just to make a parskip value in gsp-default, set \parskip to this value at the beginning of the score, and reset it to normal at the end of the score, same for the other values. We already do things like that, it shouldn't be more than a few lines of code. For the default values, they can be the default ones when gsp-default is called. Once these are settable, we can make a few tests and define better default values (could be in a 4.2-beta3 or something).
