Sorry to ask too many questions -- I am again using Gregorio for a project
and I would like to get the best from this excellent software
The problem is as follows. I am typesetting some Gregorian scores for a
seminar; I am introducing some obvious melodic improvements in the Solesmes
edition (eg SI and not UT = B and not C in the third mode). Is it possible
to add, above the staff, a sign to tell the reader "here it is not the same
as in the Vatican-Solesmes edition"? An asterisk, a number, or any other
sign, something like a placeholder. I add a minimal critical apparatus in
the foot of the page, but having these remarks above the staff would be
useful for students.
