Hello,

In the latest svn version, I implemented a first try of the text above
the lines. Try something like

ab<alt>text</alt>(gh)

(alt like above lines text), it should be ok... I left-aligned the text
with the first note of the syllable. To come very soon: the ability to
do it inside a syllable, not only at the beginning of it. You can set
the style by redefining \greabovelinestextstyle#1, and you can play with
the spaces

% height of the text above the note line
\global\greabovelinestextraise=-1mm%
% height that is added at the top of the lines if there is text above
the lines (it must be bigger than the text for it to be taken into
consideration
\global\greabovelinestextheight=3mm%

Please give feedback on it if you can.

Thank you,

Elie
