Hi all,

in this e-mail I would first point a typo in the page
http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gregoriotex/details of the gregorio tex language.
It is reported the old form of the macro \gresetfirstlineaboveinitial{}{} (that
is: \setfirstlineaboveinitial{}{}). In the tutorial instead the macro is
written correctly.

I would then like to ask: in the gabc file is the field annotation intended to
produce the indications above the first letter without the need of writing the
\gresetfirstlineaboveinitial macro directly in the tex file? Because if this is
the case this feature doesn't work on my system. I wonder if it's like that
because, for example, the field "gregoriotex-font" works in this way.

Third question: I don't understand how to scale the dimensions of the symbols
such as \Abar. In the page http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gregoriotex/features it
is explained to use \font\gregoriansymbolfont=gresym at 12pt but this has no
effect on my files. Maybe I don't understand how to place the command in the
TeX file (gregorio seems to use TeX language more than LaTeX language. \def is
used instead of \newcommand and it's not immediately clear to me how to modify
the macros).

Thanks for your help

    Lorenzo
