Hi all,

Steven von Roode on the list has kindly suggested `go!h!g' for the desired
effect. Indeed this works for adjacent notes, but for things like `gohe'
this method doesn't produce the correct result. Does anyone on the list
have any insight in this?

Many thanks,
Jonathan
