So from what I understand, I make a .gabc document, Gregorio then makes
it into a .tex document and then I need a third document, another .tex
file, to tell TexLive how to render the final document.
In the last (main) .tex file how do I change the size of the output to,
say, a 5 inch by 7 inch document that is cropped so just the chant is
showing?
I am using the main-luatex.tex file from the example as a template but I
want to remove the words "gregoriotex" from the top of the score and get
rid of the page numbering. How can that be done?
