You may modify page size as well as margins etc. by adding some arguments
to the package geometry (included on about 10th line of the template), see
it's documentation online.
To remove page numbering, just add
\pagestyle{empty}
anywhere after "\begin{document}" and before the first piece of contents
(text, scores, ...).Regarding the gregotiotex "tex" at the top of the page I can't help. I would also love to get rid of it. Jakub 2012/10/25 Br.
