Hello, I need to get more space between lyrics and notes. How can I achieve this? There is \spacelinestext mentioned on the page http://home.gna.org/gregorio/gregoriotex/details but I can't get it working. I tried \spacelinestext=10mm as well as \changegredim{\spacelinestext}{10mm}; in both cases I got an error: Undefined control sequence. I am using LuaTeX, Version beta-0.70.2-2012062323 (TeX Live 2012/Debian)
