[Gregorio-users] install on Ubuntu

I am coming back to gregorio after a while, and trying to install it on Ubuntu I try to follow http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00978.html 
but I am stoped as ./configure does not exist.
What I am missing?
