Well, I've never worked with Python before, and am not
confident to propose a patch. I've got Python 2.7
installed, but never found time to work with it.

Do you know whether the installer runs that script?
Also, I see that the gregorio installer is older than the
latest gregorio 2.2 release...

Dear Br. Gabriel-Marie,
If I remember correctly, the python script is supposed to
do things well even under Windows. If you managed to get
things done, I think the best would be to fix it; can you
please try to make it work on your system and propose a
patch? It would help other people not to have these
problems...
