This is an update of http://home.gna.org/gregorio/installation-linux for
an installation on ubuntu 13.04 from subversion repository.
I have lost enough time on it to share it...
Create a directory ad hoc, let us name it gregorio :
$mkdir gregorio
$cd gregorio
Get the sources :
$|svn co svn://svn.gna.org/svn/gregorio/trunk|
|$cd trunk
|
Get the needed packages :
$|sudo aptitude install build-essential flex bison libxml2 libxml2-dev
docbook-to-man xsltproc autotools-dev texlive-omega python automake
libtool libltdl3-dev debhelper dpkg-dev libglib2.0-dev docbook-xsl fakeroot
||
"Manually" update debian/changelog to duplicate last entry 1.0-1 (that
are 1rst lines !), and in the new last entry, replace 1.0-1 with 2.1 (be
careful to do not modify the structure of th entry, do not add or remove
a space...), Then build:
$|||dpkg-buildpackage
And install :
||$sudo |||dpkg -i ../gregorio*.deb||
Note : taken from post :
