I took some further troubleshooting steps to see if I could resolve the
issue.

1. I installed MikTex on a Windows XP machine, restarted, and installed
Gregorio. Same error.
2. I uninstalled both Gregorio and MikTex on my Windows 8 machine and
installed TexLive. Restarted, installed Gregorio. Same error.

To my untutored eye (I'm barely familiar with Linux, and not at all
familiar with Tex), it looks like installing Gregorio 2.6 on Windows is not
adding the necessary information to Tex, so Tex is not recognizing the
Gregorio commands.

Should I continue asking questions related to this issue on this list, or
should this discussion go to the gregorio-devel list?

Again, thank you for any assistance.

Justin
