Check to see if you have this directory:
/usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/gregoriotex/
It should contain the following files:
gregoriotex-ictus.lua gregoriotex-spaces.tex gregoriotex-symbols.tex
gregoriotex.lua gregoriotex.sty gregoriotex.tex
gregoriotex-signs.tex gregoriotex-syllable.tex gsp-default.tex
If not, then create the dir and copy the files from
/trunk/tex/
I had this same issue as well.
