Thanks, Élie. This helps, but quarter bars en half bars are still not 
displayed. At these instances, there is some blank character present however at 
the right location, so I can insert the missing character manually in 
Illustrator.

By doing so, I noticed that inserting the quarter bar from greciliae.ttf or 
gregorio.ttf, results in a punctum-inclinatum being displayed (with a lot of 
white space to the right), even though the Glyphs Panel shows a quarter bar:

If the punctum-inclinatum is selected, the Glyphs Panel indicates that the 
character is indeed a punctum-inclinatum:

There is no way I can manually insert a quarter bar. Is there something wrong 
here with the fonts?

Well,
 greciliae.ttf and gresym.ttf (for bars, etc.) should be enough...
