I have downloaded the SVN version, but running gregorio by the command line 
results in a .tex file, not a .gtex file, leading me to believe it is a hidden 
old gregorio.

The second command "which gregorio" results in "/usr/local/bin/gregorio", but 
the gregorio Unix Executable File I find there was added yesterday, when I did 
the upgrade.
