I downloaded and installed MacTex, installer, & XCode. Then Command Line Tools,
and and MacPorts, and did the 'sudo port selfupdate' and 'sudo port install
libtool autoconf automake flex bison libxml2'.
Then I downloaded and installed Gregorio (gregorio-2.3-macosx-intel.pkg)
I did not get the git version, so I skipped that step.

Then I didn't know if I was supposed to copy and paste line by line or all at
once. I tried it various ways, but none seem to work. I also didn't know if the
"(if you have the git version)" referred to the whole command, or just to the
"-i" so I tried various combos.

here is the text from the terminal:
sbs-macbook-pro:~ sb$ autoreconf -f
autoreconf: 'configure.ac' or 'configure.in' is required
sbs-macbook-pro:~ sb$ ./configure CFLAGS='-I/opt/local/include'
CPPFLAGS='-I/opt/local/include' LDFLAGS='-L/opt/local/lib'
-bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

Thanks for the help, and Merry Christmas to all!

-Sean
