It is possible to setup TeXworks to see and use Gregorio under Windows.
Looking at the website and the git history, the installer that's up
there (for 2.3) isn't configured to do this automatically. I had posted
a more recent one, but I've forgotten where I put it, so I'll make a new
one and get it up there later today.
