Ok, thanks for the explanation. This is my minimum. I think there should be something wrong with first syllable definition in last Gregorio version. In MWE main file attached, everything works without errors but initials are still wrongly spaced.
If I try to include the score {crastina.tex} instead of
{ant—crastina-erit-vobis.tex}, which is exactly the same score, but just
compiled with the new version (and the same happens with {iudaea.tex} in
the place of {ant—iudaea-et-ierusalem-tex}), the following error message
appears:

I send you my gabc files and also the compiled .tex files with both
Gregorio versions (even if maybe they aren’t useful).
