My annotations setup used to work if I had two, an upper and lower one that should show above the initial - like this:

Grad.
5

But now the second annotation shows in the middle of the initial!

I've tried this:
\gresetfirstlineaboveinitial{\small \textsc{\textbf{line1}}}{\small \textsc{\textbf{line2}}}

and this:
\setfirstannotation{\tiny line1}
\setsecondannotation{\tiny \sc{line2}}

My tex file is included if someone would be so kind as to take a gander!
