If you are on Windows, then you simply need to double click on 
system-setup.bat.  It can be found in the contrib folder in the location where 
you installed Gregorio (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\gregorio).

If you are on Mac or Linux, the you'll need to run it from a terminal window.  
cd into the folder where the file is located and enter `./system-setup.sh`.
