Sorry, I was in a rush earlier and posted the wrong link. The file is new to 4.1.0-beta2 and so naturally wouldn't be on the master branch (which is at 4.0.1).
I'm just sitting down to start testing, but it's good to know that the fix worked for you. That means that barring any unusual discoveries in my testing, I should be able to push out beta3 with a working Windows installer later tonight.
