Greetings,
I've installed 4.1 (via git, recompiled and installed under OSX). In the past I
had been using the now-deprecated `initial-style` line in the gabc header and
it worked fine (r 4.0). Seeing the message that the command is now deprecated,
I switched over to \gresetinitiallines{0} to remove the initial space at the
start of the chant.
Unfortunately \gresetinitiallines does not seem to work for me. Setting
\gresetinitiallines{0} does not remove the space for the initial. Oddly, I can
set \gresetinitiallines to anything I want, even \gresetinitiallines{zork} and
it does not affect the output, or even generate an error message.
So no matter what I do, I cannot get my no-intial chants lined up properly. As
to leaving the deprecated form in, that seems to result in a hit-or-miss in
getting the correct alignment. Some align correctly, others do not. This was,
BYW, working fine under 4.0.
Is there something I am missing with the 4.1 release?
