`where` and `findstr` are supposed to be built-in command line tools in Windows (at least from Server 2003 onwards for `where`, `findstr` from even earlier). Perhaps they have different names in polish (which would strike me as ridiculous)? Unfortunately without the output of those commands the log is missing some pretty crucial information for your problem. Not having access to a Polish version of Windows 7 I'm not in a position to investigate this. Can you find out if these tools are supposed to be available in your OS? `where` is supposed to locate programs in the PATH and `findstr` is a text search command (kind of like grep, but not nearly as good). As a start, you might try opening a command prompt and typing help to see if `where` and `findstr` show up in the list and if not, whether the brief descriptions give you some hint as to possible alternative names.

`otfinfo` is packaged in the TeXLive binaries, but possibly not in the MiKTeX binaries. Fortunately the information this tool returns (font versions) doesn't appear to be critical to this particular problem. If you still want to fix it, you should be able to install the font tool package containing it on its own. The homepage for the font tool package is here:
