It's quite wierd, but I can run both commands from cmd. Maybe that's
because I removed MiKTeX and installed TexLive and now everything works
smooth. But it still does not explain why gregorio wasn't working with
MikTeX...
Since it's right after midnight here in Poland tomorrow I will setup
VirtualBox with polish Windows and try to find out if the error is
replicable and what is causing it.

`otfinfo` is packaged in the TeXLive binaries, but possibly not in
the MiKTeX binaries. Fortunately the information this tool returns
(font versions) doesn't appear to be critical to this particular
problem. If you still want to fix it, you should be able to install
the font tool package containing it on its own. The homepage for
