Sorry for the late response, I was away from my computer at the weekend.
Thank you for your messages. I am sorry I cannot provide you the link that
you will check the web page, because that page must be kept hidden in the
intranet.

I checked the files and they are as expected. There aren't any external
javascript file errors I checked them many times. If I had bogus greybox
scripts or I put them in the wrong directories, would it work sometimes? I
didn't collect any statistics about the frequency of the errors but I could
say that 60% percent of the clicks opens the link in the GreyBox, and 40%
could not. I don't know if that provides clue but If the Internet connection
is slow, the likelyhood of not functioning increases.
