Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

I tried to change this to the "onclick" option (with and without the
parameters) and unfortunately it is not working. I also tested this
without using the frame and it still does not work. I suspect this is
happening because the code to call the function (the code located on the
www.surveywriter.net <http://www.surveywriter.net/> domain) is calling the
libraries from www.inet-international.com
<http://www.inet-international.com/> ?

To demonstrate here is the updated link:
<http://www.surveywriter.net/in/survey/survey341/test.asp>
http://www.surveywriter.net/in/survey/survey341/test.asp The test from the
inet-international domain has been updated and works with onclick:
http://www.inet-international.com/greybox/greybox__examples.htm

Anything you can do to help is very much appreciated!

Steve

Hello List,

I'd like to thank you for reminding the use of the "onclik" method. I tried
the "GB_showCenter" method and it did not make any improvement at first
tries. Yet I was providing height and width parameters, which are mentioned
to be optional, and decided to remove the parameters. After that the GreyBox
started to work as expected.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Thanks for the tip. I am using the "rel" property and tried the onclick
method, unfortunately it did not solve the issue.

Using 'rel' instead of 'onclick' could easily produce the problems
you're experiencing. Other libraries or even your own code can bugger
this up. If you're using rel, switch to onclick (see the advanced
documentation0 and see if you get the same issues.
