Thank you for your feedback. I tried to change this to the "onclick" option (with and without the parameters) and unfortunately it is not working. I also tested this without using the frame and it still does not work. I suspect this is happening because the code to call the function (the code located on the www.surveywriter.net <http://www.surveywriter.net/> domain) is calling the libraries from www.inet-international.com <http://www.inet-international.com/> ? I tried the "GB_showCenter" method and it did not make any improvement at first tries. Yet I was providing height and width parameters, which are mentioned to be optional, and decided to remove the parameters. After that the GreyBox started to work as expected.
