question re using greybox and videos... I'm not having much luck finding info on using greybox with video an example of which would be below...

I have an image on the same page that opens in greybox so I assume that the greybox installation is correct as far as paths, files, etc. Questions are is the rel="gb_vmode[]" correct? Do I need the <embed> code as well? as in... <embed class='castfire_player' id='cf_cd911' name='cf_cd911' width='480' height='310' src='http://p.castfire.com/RuyUq/video/26443/ harland-savage-telegraph-640x480_2008-09-29-135836.flv' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' allowFullScreen='true'></embed> (Please note that castfire videos allow for the file extension to be changed with no issues.There are multiple versions they create. I realize these may be pretty obvious questions but I could use a hand on this...I haven't done much with video at this point.
