It's a good question. I notice that your hosting site puts your site within a frame... that may be compounding the issue. I don't suppose you've tried to copy your site to your local machine and see if it works locally?
If that's too difficult, I'd also recommend changing the URL for your images to the FQDN (fully qualified domain name). (eg) instead of href="Gallery/Sky/Norus I.jpg", use href="http://www.mydomain.com/ Gallery/Sky/Norus I.jpg" Hope that might help...
