Then I suspect it's your ISP's screwing around with frames that is the
problem, especially if it works on localhost.  You might want to try a
non-free hosting package, a cheap one is only $5/mo.  Depending on
your needs, hostmonster.com or godaddy.com would probably be your best
bet (tho I find godaddy's user control panel interface to be
incredibly confusing)
