Additional info - dunno why I didn't try this before. I just tested GreyBox on my own website, nothing fancy on it (but now I have this...?) and it worked first time - spectacular output for very little effort. This leads me to think that the hosting company the commercial site is on either has something interfering with GreyBox or it has blocked it in some way.
Is there anything in particular I should be looking for or would it be better to throw a support request in to the hosting company?
