Just search through my old messages on the subject:
useradd, userdel, usermod, adduser, etc.  It is a
whole class of commands.

Debian actually has two tiers of account commands,
where one is considered "low-level" and one "high level."
That's why it has both "adduser" and "useradd"...
for some reason.
