My review posted to this list almost a year ago resulted in no responses or changes in the draft. While I didn't find the initial draft as written very convincing of BCP status, I don't feel strongly about it one way or another to argue for changes. It seems to me this is VeriSign trying to document a BCP that works for them and may work for others. So perhaps it is just the BCP status that is disconcerting?
