BMP has grown somewhat past use cases that are only Internet related. While I'm supportive of GROW having an Internet-facing primary goal, it unfortunately inherits the need to support things for BMP. This point similarly holds for the SIDROPS related items of "we want this security stuff to end up in BMP". What do I think this does to the charter? I'm not sure.
