Your “USB card”? What Mac are you running?
Also, what version of Mac OS X?
What version of Growl?
What version of HardwareGrowler?

Don't hack Info.plist files by hand if you don't know the format. Use
my Configure Application Dock Tile application instead:

If you did mess up the file, that app will give you an error when you
drop the app on it. If that happens, get a fresh copy from the Growl
disk image.
