Yes, but it's out of date.
Open this folder:
Your Home folder
Library
PreferencePanes
If you see Growl.prefPane there, move it to the Trash.
Next, open this folder
Your startup disk
Library
PreferencePanes
Same deal.
If you installed any of the Extras, you'll want to uninstall those, too:
Your Home folder
Library
Mail
Bundles
GrowlMail.mailbundle
InputManagers
GrowlSafari
Your startup disk
Library
Mail
Bundles
GrowlMail.mailbundle
InputManagers
GrowlSafari
As for GrowlTunes, you can find that with Spotlight. (If you can't,
then you didn't install it. That goes for the rest of these, as well:
If you don't have InputManagers/GrowlSafari in either Library, then
you don't have GrowlSafari installed.)
