This actually wouldn't really change all that much.  We'd still need
an application to detect the safari launch and load our bundle.  The
only thing we wouldn't need is to be setgid procmod.  If someone wants
to attempt it, I'd say go for it.  What's there works well enough for
now and there are plenty of other problems elsewhere that need our
attention ;)
