Actually, styles. A couple of people have taken the theme and run with it, the last couple fit right in with the panels in Snow Leopard. I'm not the author, but I hang out on the MacThemes site and there are some other slick Growl styles in the forums. I noted the ones on the main Growl site are very dated.
