OK, now I've successfully removed it and reinstall the newer version.
It works. Thx :)

I have a suggestion.
As default, GrowlSafari.app is placed in /Applications folder, but I'd
prefer /Applications/3rd party/ if I've had a choice.
It would be better if we have such an option during installation.
