Note that this will not make it launch with iTunes; it will launch GrowlTunes when you log into (or start up, if you have it log you in automatically) your Mac. There is no way to make iTunes launch GrowlTunes, nor a way to make GrowlTunes do anything (launch itself) while it isn't running.
