Hey, Peter - thank you for such a fast answer! I cannot imagine what you guys have had to put up with. I hope the culprits and those who don't bother to know facts before they attack do learn that Karma can be a *very* bad thing :-)
For me, I consider myself lucky in that I learned about your program. It saved me so much time today in processing the downloads. I also have CyberDuck and that's on the menu - big grin! I'm sure glad I stopped my own research when I did and came to find your forum. I had no idea what that file was and it well could be some kind of extension. I've deleted it now. I have downloaded the DMG file now, and in Finder I see the folder Extras with a pkg. for Growlnotify. Should I double-click to install that? I also saw that there is Growl for iTunes and Safari?? Oh boy :-) I have so much more to learn about what this program can do. Would I be better off uninstalling what I have now and starting over? Since I've DropKicked DropBox out the door I sure won't lose anything.
